1. What we sell
localbusinesslistings.com sells digital downloads: local SEO starter kits delivered as ZIP files containing a PDF workbook, an interactive HTML tool, and supporting documentation. Each kit is licensed for use by one business entity.
2. Pricing & payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store or have access to your card details at any point. By completing a purchase you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.
3. License
Each kit is licensed for one business. You may:
- Use the kit's outputs (copy, configuration) within your own business.
- Print, save, and reference the PDF workbook for your own use.
- Re-download the kit up to 5 times within 72 hours of purchase.
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or repackage the kit or its contents.
- Share the download link with another business entity.
- Use the kit as part of a competing paid product or service.
4. Refunds
Every kit is backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee. Email support@localbusinesslistings.com from the address used at checkout and we will refund the full purchase price. See the Refund Policy for details.
5. No guarantee of results
Our kits provide the visibility foundation for local SEO. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads, calls, or revenue. SEO outcomes depend on your market, competition, and follow-through. By purchasing, you acknowledge this.
6. Intellectual property
All kit content, design, and copy is © localbusinesslistings.com. The framework, checklists, and copy templates are original work. Outputs you generate using the HTML tool are yours to use freely.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the kit. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any change. Material changes will be communicated via email to active buyers.
