How to request a refund

1. Email support@localbusinesslistings.com from the address you used at checkout.
2. Include "Refund" in the subject line. (Optional: tell us why. It helps us improve.)
3. We refund within 1 business day, via the original payment method.

What's eligible

Any kit purchased within the last 30 days, regardless of whether you've downloaded it, opened it, or used it.

What's not eligible

Purchases older than 30 days. (But email us anyway if something's wrong — we'll work it out.)

Refunds of bulk or business purchases

If you bought multiple kits (one per location, for example), each kit is treated independently. You can refund any subset within 30 days of each individual purchase.

Processing time

Refunds are issued within 1 business day. The actual time to appear on your statement depends on your bank — typically 3–5 business days.
